Get that listing you are going after!

I hear it often when photographing homes and chatting with the sellers. After interviewing several agents, they picked the one with professional photography. They just could not see paying a commission to an agent that wanted to market their home with ugly cell phone photos!

The first open house sellers have today is on the Internet. If it looks ugly, buyers click off and move on to the next listing. If the listing fails to sell, just think of all the referrals you will loose down the line. Thats not a very good way to increase your business.

Web appeal is the new curb appeal!

Next to listing a property on the local MLS and the Internet, making the property look attractive to buyers is the most important thing a real estate agent must do.
